You will receive a detailed guide that outlines your personalized exercises, sets, repetitions, and rest periods. Our workout plans are designed to be flexible, allowing you to adapt them to your schedule and gradually progress as your fitness improves. I also provide video demonstrations and clear instructions to ensure proper form and execution of each exercise.
With your personalized workout plan, you'll have the freedom to exercise in the comfort of your own home, at your convenience. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and guidance necessary to achieve your fitness goals effectively.
This includes a workout plan for 1 month. For best results, we reccomend switching to a new plan each month.
