WHY MORNING WORKOUTS ARE GREAT!

Do you love mornings? Well here are a few reasons to get your workout done in the morning?


1. If you get up early enough (before the kids and husband), your workout will not interfere with everyday life. You can get your workout in, drink your lemon water, meditate for 1 minute, stretch, and have your tea or coffee before anyone is out of bed! Doing this daily will help you build in healthy habits and consistency.


2. You won't have the excuse of NO TIME, you already made time by getting out of bed a little earlier. Let's all be honest, if you wait until later in the day, life gets too busy and your workouts are no longer your priority. Make yourself a priority by giving yourself a little me time in the morning to workout and feel amazing!


3. Exercise is a great mood booster (endorphins) and it stimulates your brain in turn helping you be more alert and productive throughout the day. Who doesn't want to be happier and more productive?


4. If you're able to get in a bootcamp workout then you will be burning calories like crazy throughout the day. It's called the EPOC affect (excess post oxygen consumption. Simply put, this means you will be burning more calories during the day, even at rest.
