WHAT'S FOR DESSERT?

I love baking! My goal when I bake is to make it healthy and fun! I have kids, my mantra to them is "I can make that and it will be healthy and good!" Although they do enjoy some of my baked goods they have gotten older, wiser, and pickier! However, I made brownies the other day and they were amazing! They satisfied my chocolate craving and I was fuelling my body with something that is nourishing. It's a win-win! And the kids thought they were OK too:)
Here's how I made them:
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 honey
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 can drained organic black beans
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (if desired)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender on low. Stir in chocolate chips after the batter is fully mixed. Bake at 375 for approx. 20 minutes, cool and enjoy!
