SUMMER SMOOTHIE RECIPIE

I don't know about you but I love smoothies in the summer. I think I could survive on watermelon and smoothies for the next three months. I typically enjoy cooking and baking but when summer rolls around I just want simple, delicious, and easy. Not only does this smoothie taste delicious it has a good amount of fiber, protein, and tons of micro-nutrients (vitamins/minerals).


Here's how to make the Summer Smoothie:

  • 1 cup almond, coconut milk or milk of your choosing

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/4 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Vega Protein powder

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/4 Kale

  • 1/2 frozen blueberries
