I have had the good fortune of having had several really excellent personal trainers, but Natalie is at the very top of that list.  She has been my personal trainer for two years.  I feel stronger than ever and have the best muscle tone that I've had in my adult life (at age 62).  I feel the difference in the length and intensity of hikes I can do and in improved balance as well.  Natalie pushes me in a good way.  One of the things I appreciate most about her training is that she varies the moves a lot.  You may do several rounds of one exercise but with variations so the workouts aren't boring and work the same muscle groups in different ways.  Her training style is very positive and encouraging.  She does a great job of preparing each workout and tailors the workouts to achieve each person's goals.  She watches you very closely and coaches you on form so you don't hurt yourself.

 

I was having an issue in which I was putting on weight while eating what most people would consider a very healthy diet.  I had never been on a diet before and Natalie coached me to log my food on an app and she set macros goals.  I lost 11 pounds in 3 months and an additional 4 since then.  More importantly, my cholesterol dropped from 141 to 114 and my blood sugar numbers are the lowest they have been in 10 years by changing the composition of what I eat -- more lean protein and less fat and carbohydrates.  I now weigh what I did when I was a varsity gymnast in high school and I am having no problem maintaining the weight without feeling deprived or hungry.  

 

Natalie is also just a pleasure to be around.  She is a really good human being.   I could not recommend her more highly.
